Suk Kim, SVP and General Counsel at Airship, is responsible for worldwide legal affairs at the company, including, corporate, commercial, contracts, IP, litigation and privacy matters.
She brings over 20 years of experience as a law firm attorney and in-house counsel across a broad range of industries including technology and media. Prior to Airship, Suk was the VP and General Counsel of Webtrends where she managed all legal matters. Previously, Suk advised clients on technology transactions and intellectual property matters as an attorney with Perkins Coie LLC. She also served as a media and IP transactions attorney in the New York offices of Paul, Weiss LLP, and began her career as a securities lawyer with the international firm of Cleary Gottlieb LLP.
Suk also serves on the advisory board of the Center for Business Law and Innovation at the Lewis and Clark Law School. She received her JD from Columbia University School of Law, and a BA from Wesleyan University
