People that are cooped up in their homes tend to have more stress, more anxiety and lack close relationships that they otherwise can and should have. Strategic partnerships with brands is one way Lyft helps encourage people to get out and about. They think through these opportunities carefully, including how they’ll work in the app,  keeping a very keen eye toward reducing customer friction and providing personal value.
