Airship Customer Altitude Awards Contest Official Rules

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.  ALL INTERNATIONAL, FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL, AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY.  VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.  

HOW TO ENTER:  To enter the Airship Customer Altitude Awards Contest (“Contest”), Airship customers (“Customers”) must complete an entry between Thursday, August 22, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. EST through Thursday, October 3, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. EST (“Entry Period”). The number of entries a Customer may submit per category is unlimited. In the event a Customer submits an entry for more than one category, such entry must be distinct and separate from other entries submitted by such Customer.

ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open to Airship’s customer base worldwide including Airship’s Gummicube customers. Entrants must be of the legal age of majority in entrant’s jurisdiction of residence. Employees of Airship, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parent, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to enter or win.

The Contest is void wherever prohibited by law. The Contest is subject to international, federal, state, local and municipal laws and regulations.

AWARD CATEGORIES: There are four (4) award categories as follows:

  • Acquisition
  • Activation
  • Value Impact
  • Unified Experience

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES: Complete the entry form by visiting https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/PB8TTVJ and completing the entry form with the following information:

  • Award category
  • Project name
  • Project challenge, goals and strategy
  • Project deployment
  • Project results
  • Supporting material upload (optional)
  • Supporting material links (optional)
  • Any other additional information

CONTEST JUDGING: Four (4) winners (“Winners”) will be selected by a panel of four (4) subject matter experts (“Judges”) consisting of members of Airship’s Executive Team, members of the Customer Advisory Board (CAB) and other industry experts, based on the eligibility requirements and selection criteria provided here, between Friday, September 27, 2024 and Friday, November 8, 2024. The decision by the Judges on all matters related to the Contest shall be final. One (1) Winner will be selected for each award category.

WINNER ANNOUNCEMENTS: Winners will be announced at Airship’s “Mobile Leaders Forum Chicago” event by November 14, 2024 which will occur via live stream. Winners will also be notified via the following methods: 1. email address submitted with Entry, 2. a blog post on Airship’s website; and 3. a post on Airship’s social media channels.

PRIZES: Winners will receive the following prizes: 

  • One (1) Trophy ($50 USD approximate retail value)
  • One (1) Gift hamper ($50 USD approximate retail value)
  • One (1) Digital award certificate ($0 USD approximate retail value)

Prizes will be provided to the Winners as follows: 1. Winners who attend Airship’s “Mobile Leaders Forum Chicago” event will be handed prizes in person; 2. digital certificates will be emailed to Customer’s email address submitted with Entry; 3. gift hamper will be sent to Customer’s local office address on file with Airship.

Winners may not substitute or transfer prizes, but Airship reserves the right to substitute prizes with prizes of equal or greater value.

Airship shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to Winner’s spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information or for any entries that are lost, incomplete, or not received. Airship is not responsible for any suspensions or discontinuations of internet, land line, or wireless service which may result in a potential winner not receiving initial prize notification.

WINNER’S LIST: Beginning on or about three (3) days after the close of the Entry Period, interested persons may obtain the name of the Contest Winners by sending an email with the subject line: “Airship Altitude Awards Contest – Winners List” to altitude@airship.com.  

REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES; INDEMNIFICATION

Each person who enters the Contest represents and warrants as follows: (a) the entry does not contain any harmful computer code and is not otherwise corrupted; (b) as of the date of entry, the entry is not the subject of any actual or threatened litigation or claim; (c) the entry does not and will not violate or infringe upon the intellectual property rights or other rights of any other person or entity; (d) the entry does not and will not violate any applicable laws, and is not and will not be indecent, obscene, hateful, defamatory or libelous; and (e) the entry complies with all of the entrant’s social media account guidelines and terms and conditions, if applicable.  

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Any supporting documents submitted with an entry form by a Customer for review by the panel of Judges shall be kept confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without the Customer’s prior written consent.

Airship reserves the right to disqualify entries which do not adhere to the contest rules or are deemed inappropriate.  

No cash redemption or prize substitution is allowed by Winners. Any difference between the stated value and the actual value will not be awarded. Any depictions of the prize are for illustrative purposes and may not be the actual prize awarded. The prize is awarded “AS IS” and Airship makes no warranty or representation of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the prize. Winner assumes all risk of loss and/or liability associated with the prize. Winners are responsible for any taxes associated with a prize receipt.

By participating in the Contest, each entrant agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules, and represents and warrants that he or she meets the eligibility requirements set forth herein.

By entering the Contest, entrants understand and agree that Airship, anyone acting on behalf of Airship, or its respective licensees, successors and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now or hereafter known, in perpetuity and throughout the world, the entrant’s entry, including, without limitation, the entrant’s name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, entry photograph and/or statements about the Contest, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation. In addition, the entrant agrees that Airship may select the entrant’s submission for a case study, subject to the entrant’s prior consent. In case of such selection, Airship and the entrant will collaborate on the content, scope and timing of the case study’s publication. The entrant recognizes that granting this consent is entirely optional and may be revoked at any time, without impacting the entrant’s participation in the contest.

By entering, entrant agrees to release and hold Airship harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from participation in and/or entry into the Contest or acceptance, possession or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, bodily injury, death, property damage and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.

These Official Rules cannot be modified or amended in any way except in a written document issued in accordance with law by a duly authorized representative of Airship. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

PRIVACY POLICY

By participating in this Contest, you consent to your data being processed in accordance with Airship’s Privacy Policy: https://www.airship.com/legal/privacy/ This includes the creation of case studies where consent is given. Your data will be protected by the security measures outlined in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy describes the kinds of information Airship collects, how Airship intends to use and share that information, and the rights you have with respect to the processing of such information by Airship. The Contest is subject to applicable data protection laws of the entrant’s country of residence.

Any other brand name, trademark or company mentioned during the Contest is referenced only to identify the products procured by Airship as prize(s) in connection with the Contest and all rights to those registered marks remain with the respective owners. Those brand names, trademarks and companies are not participants or sponsors of the Contest and bear no involvement, responsibility or liability for the Contest.
